Return/Refund Policy
Every product shipped to you goes through multiple quality checks to ensure that perfect jewels are delivered to you safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is then packed in Zav-e Designs Box and covered with a layer of bubble wrap to ensure damage-free delivery.
Any claim for damaged product or faulty products without the unboxing video attached, will not be considered, hence rejected.
In a very unlikely scenario if in case your jewellery is damaged, customers are required to make an unboxing video when their parcel is received, including the opening of outer shipping satchel or padded mailer bag and should email or call us at zave19@yahoo.com or 0432 954 419 to notify us of any such damage within 10 hours of receiving the parcel at the shipping address.
Zav-e Designs is in no way liable or held responsible for the damage to items once the items are received by the customer in good condition. There would be no return or refund policy in such a situation whatsoever.
Cancellations or exchange
We do not entertain change-of-mind returns or refunds for any product once the order has been shipped or received by the customers.
You cannot cancel your order once the order has been processed, shipping label generated or products ready for shipping/delivery.
For colour variations & size variations in the products from the photographs or video shared on the website or other social media platform, such products would not be eligible for a refund.
Sizes mentioned on the website are only approximate and not precise and may differ in case to case since the pieces are handcrafted.
Mostly all the Jewellery items are hand crafted by artisans due to which some minor issues would not be considered as damaged products as they are purely handcrafted products.
